In 2009 we launched our first website and were excited to immediately get orders from the Mid West and East Coast, which was a big deal to us since our hometown shop is in small town Jackson, California (population 4,400). Come to find out, many of those online orders came from clients (still clients :-)) thinking we were another JB’s on the East Coast. Well, those same clients are still doing business with us as part of our growing, loyal client base. Here are just a couple comments from some of those very same clients that are very happy with deciding to use JB’s.
We opened over 30 years ago as an awards, engraving, and party supply store run by a husband and wife on Main Street in Jackson, California. Over the years many transitions have taken place, namely various services were added: screen printing, embroidery and promotional items. In 2008, my wife and I purchased JB’s and began to focus primarily on four major categories: awards and recognition, customized screen printed and embroidered apparel, stamps, and name tags/plates. In what seems like a very short time, we have grown beyond the small town limits to a national company that enjoys a great reputation from all that have experienced our excellent products and unparalleled customer service. We are proud to boast tremendous growth through hard work and word of mouth.
Recently, our goal has been to build a web presence without being another corporate website that lacks personal service, so we set out to create a website that we like to refer to as a hybrid–a mix between individual service and the convenience of shopping online. As technology progresses, we continue to find innovative ways to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us while keeping it as personal as possible.
