Products that have been personalized are not eligible for a return. If the item has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in shipping, is materially different from the listing, or the design differs from the proof then we will refund your item or ship a new one out ASAP.
Customers not eligible for a refund are still encouraged to speak with us. Sometimes we can replace engraving plates or other personalized parts to fix the error.
Non-personalized products are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving the products. The products must be in like-new condition and contain original packaging. Shipping costs are only refunded if the item is being returned due to an error on our part.
